Meet Marcus

Thanks for stopping by. It has been a long time coming. As you read previously, I was born in the Philippines and grew up in Atlanta. I joined the Marines at 18 and lived in the most amazing places in the world: Hawaii, San Diego, New York City, Los Angeles, London, Seville, and Kuwait City, among others. Throughout that time, I have experienced the real-world struggle that Asian American men face with the lack of role models, the battle with family dynamics, and the unfair world of dating and relationships. I write from my own experiences, albeit with fictional characters, to provide the reader with the play-by-play of how one can overcome struggles so we can move the needle in how society sees Asian-American men in the future.
